Interracial relationships and marriages are becoming more common

Interracial relationships and marriages are becoming more common in the United States, according to a new Cornell University study.

The number of interracial marriages involving whites, blacks and Hispanics each year in the United States has jumped tenfold since the 1960s, but the older individuals are, the less likely they are to partner with someone of a different race, finds the new study.

I bet this is exactly the kind of thing that chaps the asses of those "Prussian Blue" girls.

I've noticed a lot more interracial couples here in Kansas City since I moved back here about a year and a half ago.

When I mention this to other people, they don't seem to want to acknowledge it, or even that it wasn't always this way.

Does anybody have an idea of what happened here in the last 10 years to make interracial relationships more common?
